Paula Pritchard

Paula was pursuing her doctorate degree at Kent State University, when she decided to attend her first network marketing meeting. Out of a million Amway distributors, there were approximately 300 Diamonds and above. Paula was the first single woman in North America to reach Diamond. Today, Paula is known worldwide as one of the top network marketers and trainers in one of the most competitive industries.

Kathy Robbins

Kathy began her career as a high school teacher. She loved teaching but left to become a Financial Planner, in order secure her financial future. Later, Kathy became the manager of a tri-state office for a national investment firm. When Kathy took control of the office it ranked 126th in the company and within eighteen months it was ranked number fifteen. While Kathy found financial success in the investment business, she realized she did not have time to enjoy the success and lacked the freedom to travel.

KAP Marketing, Inc

In 1987, Kathy began working with a new client, Paula Pritchard. Paula introduced her to the network marketing business. At the time, she decided to pursue network marketing on a part-time basis. Within eight months, Kathy had replaced the six-figure income she was making in the investment business, and left that industry for good. Kathy became a full-time network marketer and to this day says, "It was the best decision I ever made."

Kathy and Paula joined forces and formed KAP Marketing, Inc. as partners. While each had tremendous success as individuals, they found their talents complimented each other. Working together gave them a chance to build a business on a larger scale in both the United States and in Europe.

As partners, they have risen to the highest possible position and income levels with a number of network marketing companies and led the expansion of three of those companies into the European market, producing hundreds of millions of dollars in profit.

Through hard work and the development of a simple system that worked time and time again, they brought life changing success to tens of thousands of their business partners. Together they have built large organizations of 200,000 distributors, throughout 15 countries.

Paula and Kathy bring both successful network market experience and teaching and coaching experience to their live trainings and recorded materials.
